Great news for Air Hygiene customers! Air Hygiene
now offers electronic invoicing!
Keeping pace with the cutting-edge technologies we
employ on our operations side, our billing department can now e-mail
invoices straight to whomever is responsible for approval in your
organization. That individual can then choose to either print the
invoice, approve it, and pass the hard copy on for additional processing,
or electronically approve the invoice and simply forward the e-mail!
Air Hygiene's electronic invoices help eliminate the clutter and
paper-shuffling time associated with traditional invoicing.
In addition to electronic invoicing, Air Hygiene's
clients can also choose to pay invoices electronically as well.
The EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) option, allows you to hold on
to your cash longer, while still meeting pre-agreed payment terms.
Electronic payment eliminates mail-handling errors and holiday mail
slow-downs. Simply e-mail us on the day you'd like to make your
payment!
