CEMS/PEMS

AIR HYGIENE INTERNATIONAL INC. conducts CEMS and PEMS certification testing per 40 CFR Part 60 and Part 75. AIR HYGIENE personnel have experience with a variety of CEMS and PEMS equipment and perform the following services:

1. RATA test for the following pollutants on CEMS or PEMS:

a. NOx (PS#2)
b. CO (PS#4)
c. O2/CO2 (PS#3)
d. SO2 (PS#2)
e. H2S (PS#7)
f. Exhaust flow (PS#6)

2. Perform test matrix for initial setup of PEMS system
3. Install temporary CEMS system for initial 31 day certification testing
4. Cycle Time Test
5. Linearity Check
6. Preparation of following documents:

a. QA/QC manual
b. Monitory plan
c. Testing protocol
d. Seven day drift report
