REAL-TIME INSTRUMENT TESTING
AIR HYGIENE INTERNATIONAL INC. operates mobile laboratories that can be brought onto your site to perform stack emission testing. AIR HYGIENE labs are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to perform real-time pollutant monitoring to generate accurate test results. AIR HYGIENE typically generates reports on-site, so clients know that they are in regulatory compliance before we leave the site. Testing capabilities include:

  • NOx, NO, NO2 with Thermo 42H (EPA Method 7e & 20)
  • CO with Thermo 48C (EPA Method 10)
  • SO2 with API 100AH (EPA Method 6c)
  • THC & NMHC with Thermo 51 (EPA Method 25a)
  • Oxygen with M&C PMA-22 (EPA Method 3a & 20)
  • CO2 (EPA Method 3a & 20)
  • Ambient Conditions - Temperature, % Relative Humidity, and Barometric Pressure
  • Moisture with Apex impingers & meter box* (EPA Method 4)
  • BTEX & Hexane with Sensidyne flow meter* (EPA Method 18)
  • Formaldehyde with Apex impingers & meter box* (Acetylacetone Method)
  • Particulate, PM-10, PM-2.5 with Apex isokinteic sampling train* (EPA Method 5 & 201a)
    *manual methods that can be performed simultaneously with instrument testing
