AIR HYGIENE UNIVERSITY
Air Hygiene University celebrated its 5th anniversary on April 1st. In the first 5 years the training branch of Air Hygiene has successfully created written standards around the methods and equipment required to achieve technical competence as a stack tester at Air Hygiene. The University has also grown to include other services that include DOT, test protocols, test reports, and training for our Clients and regulators. This year the focus will turn to Field Manager Development and providing written standards for the skills necessary to thrive as a leader at Air Hygiene. Regardless of the task, Air Hygiene University would like to be your one-stop-shop for stack testing training and process improvement solutions.
Several Air Hygiene employees attended the 41st Stationary Source Sampling and Analysis for Air Pollutants (SSSAAP) Conference. This conference is a gathering of stack testing experts, our vendors, industry, and regulators from around the country. During the conference each group shares information about upcoming changes and improvements in our field. The conference also serves as a unique platform for voicing questions, comments, and concerns with existing methods, regulations, and source tests.
