Air Hygiene University
On March 8th, Tom Graham and Pat McGovern met with 160 high school students from the Bossier Parish School for Technology & Innovative Learning (BIPSTL) in Bossier, Louisiana. They gave the students tours of our trailers and introduced AHI to BIPSTL. It was a very successful outreach / recruiting event.
Air Hygiene University has successfully implemented "on-the-go" training for the busy Stack Tester via a cell phone based "app" type system affectionately nicknamed the #TAG
#TAG takes advantage of the abilities and constant presence of the cell phone to deliver short, but informative content to an ever more tech-savvy audience. Each #TAG "Installment" is a weekly series of slides covering topics that range from the technical (e.g. Method 201A, 2F, etc.) to the soft skills of crew and Client interaction (e.g. Servant Leadership, Customer Service, etc.). The end result is a convenient, low cost, and easy to understand approach toward continuous process improvement and employee growth.
